We work side by side to balance the day-to-day operations of the business, combining on-site execution with planning, coordination, and communication. Together, we ensure projects are well-managed, clearly communicated, and completed with care.

Owner I Field Operations
Eric is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran with nearly a decade of service and extensive hands-on experience in residential construction. He leads all field operations and day-to-day jobsite execution, overseeing crews, coordinating trades, and ensuring work is completed to quality standards and project timelines. Eric plays a key role in bringing each project vision to life through on-site management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, and getting out on the golf course
Owner I Projects & Planning
Jacklyn holds an MBA and brings years of experience in project management, process optimization, and operational planning.
She works directly with clients on permitting, design coordination, scheduling, contracts, and project documentation, ensuring every project is organized, compliant, and clearly communicated from start to finish.
In her free time, Jacklyn enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and planning new projects.
